Orders
- All orders must be confirmed in writing (through WhatsApp, email, or our website).
- Once the design is approved by the customer, no further changes will be accepted.
- We reserve the right to decline orders that include offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate material.

Payment
- Full payment (or at least 50% advance) is required to confirm your custom order.
- Payments can be made via [bank transfer, cash, etc.].
- Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Discounts, promotions, or offers are valid only for the period specified.
- Any additional customization may incur extra charges.

Printing & Colors
- We try our best to match colors as per the design, but slight variations may occur due to fabric type, screen settings, and printing method.
- Custom prints are made based on the file/artwork provided by the customer.

Delivery & Shipping
- Estimated delivery time is 10 working days after order confirmation.
- Delays caused by courier services, strikes, weather, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Refunds
- Since all products are custom printed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order with photo proof.
- If approved, we will replace the defective item at no extra cost.

Customer Responsibility
- The customer must ensure that all spellings, logos, and designs are correct before final approval.
- We are not liable for errors once the design has been approved.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any artwork, images, or logos provided.

Intellectual Property
- All original designs created by SHIRTSTUDIO8 remain our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced without permission.
- Customer-supplied designs remain the customer’s responsibility regarding copyright.

Liability
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the item purchased.

Changes to Terms
- SHIRTSTUDIO8 reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
